Information you give us: name, email, shipping and billing address, phone number, order and subscription details, and anything you include when you contact us. Payments are processed by Shopify and our payment providers; we never see or store your full card number.

We sell to parents and guardians. We don’t knowingly collect personal information from children, and our site isn’t intended for use by children.

How we use it

To process and ship your orders, bill and ship subscription renewals, send order, shipping and renewal updates, provide support, handle guarantee claims, prevent fraud and, where you allow it, show you relevant ads and improve the store.

Who we share it with

Service providers that help us run the store: Shopify, our subscription app, fulfilment and shipping partners, payment processors and, where you consent, advertising and analytics partners such as Meta. They may only use your information to provide their services to us.
